About Us

Suliman A. Kamyar is a strategic development leader, certified project management professional (PMP®), and networking and cybersecurity specialist (NCSS) with over a decade of experience supporting nonprofits, government agencies, private sector firms, and international development organizations. He is the Founder and CEO of TechBridge Management Solutions LLC, a consulting firm based in Fairfax County, Virginia, dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations grow with clarity, efficiency, and measurable results.

At TechBridge, Suliman leads a team that provides specialized services in project management, strategic planning, digital marketing, capacity building, technology integration, and impact measurement. With a strong background in both technical systems and organizational strategy, he helps clients bridge operational gaps, scale programs, and build strong, sustainable foundations for growth.

Suliman has managed over $200 million in projects and authored more than 500 successful proposals for a wide range of clients, including nonprofits, universities, consulting firms, and federal contractors. His work has directly supported organizations in securing funding, improving delivery systems, and expanding their reach.

From 2017 to 2020, Suliman served as Economic Advisor and Chair of the Economic Empowerment Group within the Government of Afghanistan. In this role, he coordinated efforts among 29 national and international partners, led the development of major economic strategies and reforms, and designed a sustainable economic development model that created over 10,000 jobs for rural women and enhanced food security for more than 65,000 people. He also spearheaded legislative reforms to reduce tax burdens on agricultural cooperatives and improve rural access to economic opportunity.

In the United States, Suliman has served on multiple nonprofit boards and currently holds a leadership role with the U.S.-Afghan Chamber of Commerce, where he chairs the Planning Committee. He continues to volunteer his expertise to help grassroots organizations improve operations and scale impact—particularly in Missouri, Illinois, and the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia).

In addition to his project and policy expertise, Suliman is highly skilled in digital marketing strategy, helping businesses and nonprofits build a professional online presence through branding, website design, and multilingual marketing. He actively collaborates with clients to ensure their digital strategy aligns with their broader mission and community engagement goals.

Suliman is fluent in English, Dari, and Pashto, and holds certifications in Agile Methodologies (CSM®, ICP-ORG, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF) alongside his PMP® and NCSS credentials. Known for his collaborative leadership and cross-sector insight, he brings a rare combination of policy knowledge, technical skill, and entrepreneurial vision to every client engagement.
